Libraries' Opening Hours in Summer 2015

The Main Library is open throughout the summer on Mon-Fri 9-20, Sat 10-16. In June and July the Main Library remains closed on Sundays. The Open Libraries have normal opening hours, other branch libraries have some exceptions.

Summer Friday Workout on the Library Courtyard

Workout lessons are organised every Friday this summer during the period June 5 - July at 12-1 p.m. on the Main Library courtyard. The workout lessons include gym stick exercise, Summer Dance, workout track and balance track. The first workout lesson consists of gym stick exercise, the second one of Summer Dance.

Start your summer bike tour at the library

Borrow a Bicycle at the Library!

The Vaski libraries have purchased a number of bicycles for patron use. You can borrow a bike for one day at a time during the summer period 4 May - 30 September. In Turku you can borrow a bike at the reception desk in the main library's new section. The main library has eight bicycles, one of them electric.

Vaski Libraries send email from new adress

The Vaski Libraries have changed their email address for sending automatic messages. From now on, automatically generated messages such as pick-up notices, notifications of an approaching due date, and return requests will be sent from the following address: noreply@vaskikirjastot.fi.
