Raw ice-cream from Roberts Berrie sea buckthorn berry

Preparation time: 10 min + 2-3 hours for freezing
(vegan, lactose-free, milk-free, gluten-free, not including: soy, citrus fruit, egg, fish/shellfish)

Roberts Berrie products are delicious as they are, above all, and you get enough berries from them for the daily need. But, of course, they also give ideas for delicious recipes! Marjaana Pohjola from restaurant Kuori made from Berrie sea buckthorn berry tasty raw ice-cream which is not heated at any stage.

2 medium bananas
3 dl Roberts Berrie sea buckthorn berry
½ vanilla pod seeds
pinch of salt
2 tbsp agave syrup
1 ½ dl cashews
2 tbsp coconut cream

Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Prepare ice-cream in an ice-cream maker. You can also freeze ice-cream in a freezer. Stir then the ice-cream every 30 minutes till it is frozen.
