Your local health station is the first place to visit in all cases of illness on weekdays (Mon–Fri) between 8.00 and 16.00. The urgency and need for care are evaluated when you contact your health station.
The hearing-impaired can get their evaluation of need for care, customer guidance and health station appointment booking services via text messages at +358 044 907 3824.
Customers of the City Hospital get guidance from the information desk at the entrance hall (address: Kunnallissairaalantie 20). The Mäntymäki health station's customers should consult the information desk located at the Mäntymäki entrance hall (address: Luolavuorentie 2). The information desks serve customers/patients who need guidance in finding the right locations.
The Maternity Clinic telephone helpline is available at +358 (0)2 266 2235 from Monday to Thursday between 8.00 and 14.00 and on Fridays between 8.00 and 13.00.
