If your appointment to a health centre doctor requires a check-in, please arrive approximately fifteen minutes in advance. Take your KELA card (social insurance card) with you.
No check-in is required for nurses’ appointments. Please wait in the waiting area until you are called.
Doctors’ appointments are subject to a fee. If you have a right to be exempted from paying, please check in at the office of the health centre and present your proof. If you do not have the proof with you, please tell us and bring the proof after your appointment as soon as possible, so that we can cancel your invoice.
Please note the instructions of your own health station
At the health stations of Kirkkotie, Pansio, Runosmäki and Varissuo as well as at the Mullintie local service point only persons exempted from paying must check in to a doctor’s practice.
At the City Centre health station persons exempted from paying and persons living outside Turku should check in at the A-office on the second floor. Others should check in at the self-service check-in kiosk on the first floor.
