The Monitori ticket dispenser at the Turku service point at the Market Square closes 30 minutes before the closing time.
Monitori Market Square is a joint accessible customer service centre of the City, Kela and the wellbeing services county of Southwest Finland located in the heart of Turku.
Every week Monitori offers services by the service counsellors of the units of the wellbeing services county of Southwest Finland, Kela’s customer advisers and International House Turku, which offers service in several different languages. Monitori also provides tourist information and Työpiste customer guidance.
Monitori’s customers are served face-to-face, by phone and by chat. The services of Monitori include free digital support for customers’ independent use of online services, which provides advice and guidance on the services of the City and Kela. Monitori has 14 customer terminals.

Chat services
- Monitori’s chat is open Mon–Thu from 9 am to 6 pm and Fri from 9 am to 4 pm
