Infotori located in Skanssi shopping centre is a low-threshold service point where immigrants get help in their own languages when dealing with their matters.

Guidance is often connected with different authoritative decisions and their interpretation and with filling in forms. In addition to the services of city, counselling is given in the matters of Kela (’Social Insurance Institution’), the register office and Finnish Immigration Service for all immigrants living in the region of Turku.

– We begin to develop the telephone service with great interest. We hope that in this way we also reach those customers who are not able to deal with their matters on the spot, says planner Marina Mgvdeladze at Infotori.
