The Turku City Library's annual customer survey will be carried out again from 24 October to 20 November. Now you have the opportunity to influence your own library's services, material and events.

What do you expect from the library you use and how does the library meet your needs? Do you need more help using the library and searching for information? For example, do you need guidance on how to use online materials, or interactive online services with a librarian?

With the help of the survey, the library also gets valuable information about whether you are satisfied with its materials, or what could be improved in them. For example, do you think the computers in the library are up to date?

What things do you primarily do in the library? Are you looking for more group workspaces or silent reading spaces? Would you like more author meetings, book presentations or book clubs in your library? Or maybe you are looking for more story time for children or game nights for young people? By answering, you can make an impact.
