Archives of the Public Utility Property Management

Documents related mainly to land use, as well as to the maintenance and construction contracting of public areas and city-owned buildings, are kept in the archives of the Public Utility Property Management. The archive has materials from the past 300 years. The central portion of the materials comprises the following:

  • contracts and rental agreements of plots, sites, and land areas leased by the city
  • easement agreements and agreements of usufruct
  • cadastral documents, e.g. site layout plans and easement surveys, as well as the related maps
  • other old maps and aerial photographs related to the operations
  • blueprints of city-owned buildings
  • documents of boards and committees related to the operations, e.g. Public Utility Property Management Board from 2001 onwards, older minutes have been moved to the City Archives

You can order document copies and reports from the persons responsible for the archives. You can also come and study the ordered documents on your own. Copies and services are subject to fees.
