The library and archives of Åbo Akademi University

The library of Åbo Akademi University keeps mainly archives of private persons, for example archives of documents related to an author. Also the archives of Suomen Talousseura / Finska Hushållningssällskapet are kept at the library of Åbo Akademi University. The special archives of the Åbo Akademi University are the archives of ethnology, folklore, art and church history, as well as maritime history, and the archives of the Sibelius Museum.

The history, culture, and art collections of Turku University include photos, questionnaire answer sheets, manuscripts, maps, audio tapes, and transcriptions of interviews, among other things.
