Hertta Kiiski works with photography, moving images, objects, space, and often with her own daughters. Her works discuss empathy, as well as the relationships between people, non-humans and space. Sutela’s media includes words, sounds, and other living materials. Her projects typically explore the relationship between humans and other forms of organic and synthetic life.

Simo Helenius
The exhibition of sculptor Simo Helenius gathers works from throughout the artist’s entire career. Helenius is best known for his wood sculptures, created from timber reclaimed from houses and fallen trees. Also featured are brightly coloured synthetic leather artworks, originating in the 1970’s pop period.

Summer is back and bicycles are once again available for loan from the Pharmacy Museum and the Qwensel House, the Luostarinmäki Handicrafts Museum, Turku Castle and Wäinö Aaltonen Museum of Art.
