Give feedback

Feedback can be given about the city’s services, operations and decision-making. All feedback and suggestions for developing the web services are also welcome.

Through the feedback service you can provide feedback on the City of Turku’s social welfare and health services, including health centres, clinics, school health care, hospitals and services for the elderly.

Through the feedback service you can also give feedback on issues related to the provision of the City of Turku’s Technical Services, including road maintenance, outdoor sports facilities, parks and even playgrounds.

Make an Inhabitants’ Initiative

According to the Section 28 of the Local Government Act, all inhabitants of the municipality have the right to make initiatives for the development of the operations of the municipality. The initiative must include information about the operation or service which the initiative seeks to develop. The initiative should not be mistaken with private inquiries or applications and requests.

The Concern Central Administration registry will mark your initiative as delivered and forwards it to the proper official who is responsible for the field of operations which the initiative concerns.
