Operating Grants of the Youth Committee

Operating grants are granted for Turku-based youth organizations and similar regional organizations to be used for realizing general youth activity that is statutory and in accordance with the organizations’ agendas. If the youth activity in question is organized by an adult organization, the youth activities must be separated from other operations of the organization in accounting and in the annual report.
Who is this grant for?
By ’youth’ we mean under 29-year-olds. At least two thirds (2/3) of the members in a youth organization must be under 29-year-olds.
When and how to apply for this grant?
The deadline for applying for operating grants is the end of March.
Attach the following documents to your application:
- Your organization’s approved agenda
- Your organization’s approved budget
- Rules of your organization on the first time you apply, or when there have been changes to the rules
NB! If your organization was granted an operating grant last year, you must also submit the following documents:
- Profit and loss account (by types of income and expenses) and the balance sheet with appendices
- Annual report
