- in questions related to applying for social assistance. In case you don't know whether your question about the social assistance is related to the City of Turku or to Kela, we will help you to find it out.
Chat serves you daily from 9 am to 11 am
You can get assistance and guidance in general issues related to the social services and to applying for complementary and preventive social assistance. Please do not use your personal information in the chat. Neither is the chat meant for scheduling appointments. In these cases, please contact our customer service tel. +358 2 262 5001 (from 9 am to 2 pm) or pay a visit in the Information Desk (Visiting address: Linnankatu 23; Opening hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 9 am to 3 pm and on Thursday from 9 am to 2 pm).
The discussions in the chat will be saved and they can be used for developing the services. If you want, we can send the chat conversation to you by email.
