The eFeedback service is available in Finnish, Swedish and English.
Through the eFeedback service you can send praise, criticism and new suggestions about all services. All feedback is answered according to the clients' wishes either by email or by phone. For information security reasons you should not include sensitive information such as identity numbers or bank account numbers in your feedback.
Via the eFeedback service you cannot cancel a doctor’s, nurse’s or socal worker’s appointment.
