Sports venues

Shifts for outdoor sports venues such as beaches and sports fields are submitted to the City’s Sports Services. The shifts are reserved with an application form that should be filed a month before the event to the city’s sport service’s customer center. It is recommended that the application would include a description of the event as well as clarify the possible need for equipment. All wishes the organizer might have will be taken to account as well as possible.

The reservation form can also be used to book indoor sports venues to use for events. If the participants are under 20 years old, the booking is free.

Once the reservation is done, the organizer will receive a written notification. This notification must be signed and mailed to the sport services. It is recommended that the organizer stays in contact with the sports services should they have questions about the booking.

School yards

Using school yards as event venues requires a permit from the headmaster, to whom a rent application form is sent.

Advertising in public spaces

Even temporary advertising requires a permit from the landowner. The putting up of signs guiding to the event however is permitted as long as the event organizer collects them after the event.
