Kela’s service hours at Monitori Market Square

Mon 9 am–3.30 pm

Tue–Fri 12 noon–3.30 pm

and at other times by appointment.

Kela services at Monitori Skanssi on Tuesdays from 12 noon to 3.30 pm, by appointment Mon and Wed–Fri.

Tip! Most Kela matters can be handled by phone. Once you have provided your telephone number online, it will be easier for us to contact you if your application is missing information, for example. Naturally, we will only call during office hours on weekdays.

Book a telephone appointment if you have a lot to sort out. Appointments are booked by phone or online.

Outside of Monitori Market Square's service hours, you can submit documents to be sent to Kela and the City of Turku by post to the postbox located in the green recess midway through Kauppahallinkuja.
