The Market Square in the Heart of the City Centre of Turku
It will be always easy to come to the Turku Market Square – whether you came to Turku by car, by public transport, by boat or by plane.
It is easy to access the city centre of Turku by bus if you come from the airport and from the passenger port: The Föli bus number 1 stops in the Street Linnankatu, a block away from the Market Square. The distance to the Central Bus station is about one kilometre long which is easy to go by foot. You can park the car in one of the many parking facilities of the city centre of Turku.
From the New Turku Market Square to Different Destinations
There is a short distance from the Market Square to all the sights and destinations in Turku. The River Aura is in a couple of blocks. There are wonderful cafés and quality restaurants to every taste on the riverfront. In addition, the best-known attraction of Turku – the Castle of Turku − is located along the River Aura. It is easy to go there by bicycle using a Föli bike or the line number 1 of the Föli bus in the direction of the Castle of Turku.
