The popular public skating hours in the City of Turku ice halls start again on Monday 21 August. They are open for all and free of charge, but hockey sticks are not allowed.

Please bring your own skates. Using a helmet is highly recommended.

Particularly for families with children, public skating hours are a wonderful opportunity to spend time skating together. Supporting equipment can be borrowed so that small children and other skaters in need of support can practice skating safely.

The public skating hours at Impivaara Ice Hall are held from 2 p.m. to 2:50 p.m. and from 4:45 p.m. to 5:35 p.m. on Mondays, from 1:45 p.m. to 2:35 p.m. on Wednesdays and from 10:30 a.m. to 11:20 a.m. on Saturdays.

Similar skating hours at Varissuo Ice Hall are held from 1:45 p.m. to 2:35 from Monday to Friday. An additional slot is available on Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 6:50 p.m. On Sundays, the public skating hour is from 10 a.m. to 10:50 a.m.

The skating season lasts until the beginning of April.
