The spring season programme of Turku Philharmonic Orchestra and all other events at the Concert Hall’s auditorium have been cancelled to prevent coronavirus infections in accordance with the policy of the City of Turku.

The spring season programme of Turku Philharmonic Orchestra and all other events at the Concert Hall’s auditorium have been cancelled until 31.5.2020 to prevent coronavirus infections in accordance with the policy of the City of Turku. The City complies with the instructions of the Regional State Administrative Agencies in its decision.

We will announce any changes and updates as the situation progresses, and we will actively keep up with the coronavirus situation. We are looking for and mapping ways to play music despite the situation. 

Exchanging and refunding TPO concert tickets 

Customers who purchased tickets to cancelled concerts will be contacted.

Turku Philharmonic Orchestra offers its customers the chance to exchange purchased tickets for gift vouchers  or you can also request a refund for the cancelled concerts by 5.6.2020.

1. Exchange your tickets for a gift voucher 

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. In order to exchange tickets, we need the customer’s name, the performance’s name and date, the venue and seat details and a mail address where we can mail your gift voucher. Please contact our customer service at kulttuuri.myynti@turku.fi or +358 (0)2 262 0333. We answer the phone on weekdays between 9 am and 3 pm. 

2. Request a refund

If you purchased your tickets at the Concert Hall, follow these instructions:

If you purchased your tickets at the Concert Hall and wish to be refunded the price of your tickets, please fill in the ticket refund form (in Finnish). The link will take you to the refund form and instructions for filling it. 

If you purchased your tickets at the Lippupiste online shop or a Lippupiste ticket outlet, follow these instructions:

You can also return tickets by mail, together with your contact details and bank account number, to the following address:

Ticket outlets do not process returns at all for the time being. Due to the great number of returns, there may be delays in payment.

3. Cancelled interval refreshments

Other concerts at the Concert Hall

The event organiser is responsible for the other concerts held at Turku Concert Hall. 
The following concerts have been moved to autumn:
Jaakko Saariluoma 14 March, moved to 19 September 8 pm
Jari Sillanpää 21 March, moved to 3 October 6 pm
Muistojen bulevardi 4 April, moved to 1 November 3 pm
Boney M 28 March, moved to 8 January 2021.
