- In coronavirus infections detected in Turku, the share of young adults has been growing recently. It is important that we continue to keep safety distances and take care of good hand hygiene particularly in situations where people gather in groups, says Chief Physician for Infectious Diseases Jutta Peltoniemi.
Symptoms of coronavirus may include sore throat, muscle pain, tiredness, runny nose, nausea, diarrhoea, fever, cough and shortness of breath. Different combinations of symptoms may also occur. Particularly with young adults, symptoms of coronavirus may be very mild, but it is important to get tested.
Restaurants, bars and night clubs have been given general instructions related to coronavirus by the Regional State Administrative Agency. It is essential that customers visiting restaurants maintain safety distances and take care of good hand and coughing hygiene. By following these measures, we can prevent the spreading of coronavirus.
If the Koronavilkku app notifies you about potential exposure, you will receive further instructions through the app.
