Holders of Ukrainian passports may travel on Föli, the Turku public transport system without a ticket.

Holders of Ukrainian passports may travel on Föli, the Turku public transport system without a ticket from 9 March. Föli wants to show its support for Ukrainians who have been forced to leave their homes because of the war, and at the same time to facilitate their movement within the Turku region.

A valid Ukrainian passport can be used for travel on public transport in the Turku region from Wednesday, 9 March through 30 April. A passenger showing a Ukrainian passport will not need any other ticket. A certificate issued by police, a border inspection official, or the Finnish Immigration Service (Migri) of taking possession of the passport is also valid for transport. The certificate has an official stamp and a picture of a copy of the passport.
