Occupational Therapy for Adults and Seniors

Based on the assessment by the occupational therapist, the occupational therapy is planned and executed both at hospital and at the customer’s home environment. The customer’s coping at home as well as the need for assistive devices and need for changes at home will be evaluated during the home visit.

The occupational therapist also makes tailored upper limb supports and support collars, as well as fits ready-made supports.

The occupational therapist works in co-operation with the customer’s next of kin and other specialists participating in the care.
