Projects within the Education Division

Project activities are an excellent way to develop operations and find solutions to various development challenges. The City of Turku Education Division and its subdivisions are continuously carrying out a great number of projects.

Project portfolios

The projects of the City of Turku Education Division are divided into six project portfolios. The objective of the project activities is to support the strategic development of the division and improve the management and leadership of the project entities.

The activities also aim to increase the cooperation between projects, reduce overlap, make it possible to learn from others, utilise peer review and peer development models and increase the productivity and effectiveness of the development efforts.
