Project Management Office

The Project Management Office provides various services to service areas and projects. General services are available for free and include e.g. participation in project planning as well as training and consultations provided to project actors. The Project Management Office also provides a variety of services that are agreed upon separately and invoiced according to actual costs. These range from the overall implementation of projects to various communication, financial and management services.

General services:

general coordination of activities

• coordination and development of project portfolio activities
• support for a project portfolio team’s operations
• management of Thinking Portfolio and support for operations
• taking charge of a project team’s operations

project planning

• participation in project planning and application processes

support for project activities and actors

• consultation with project actors (monitoring, reporting, finances, communication etc.)
• training and workshops for project actors
• orientation for new project actors

productisation of project results

• support in the planning and implementation of productisation, distribution and commercial utilisation of project results

Invoiced services:

• taking charge of the implementation process of an entire project
• extensive and continuous consultation in the implementation of a project (planning, assessment, reporting etc.)

• communication services (planning and implementation of a project’s communication materials and different types of products)
