We will help you get started if you are newly arrived in Turku by setting up a plan to help you settle in smoothly. We can guide you in finding a job, networking, Finnish courses, finding a place to live, and getting to know services that The City of Turku provides (including child care and free time activities).
Service is only available in English.

The city of Turku offers multicultural early childhood education, which means that all children are taken into account equally and fairly regardless of age, gender or colour. In day-care services, the aim is to provide children belonging to cultural minorities with the opportunity to grow up in a multicultural society so that they can become a part of both their own cultural environment and Finnish society.
New Welcome desk service makes your visit to Monitori easier. It is a low-threshold service that provides you help in Finnish and in English.

The closing event of the LUMODI project is the Futures Workshop: “Nature, well-being and integration“.
It will take place on 16 November 2021 at the Turku Main Library, Studio (Linnankatu 2, Turku), from 17:00 to 19:00. Registration by 10 November 2021 (sending an email with dietary restrictions to email@example.com).
