Monitori Market Square is a joint centralised customer service point of the City of Turku and Kela, located right at the centre of Turku on the corner of the Market Square. Monitori serves its customers face-to-face, by phone or by chat.

An early childhood education service counsellor is present at Monitori on Mondays between 11.00 and 18.00. The service counsellor helps parents to find the option best suited for their circumstances – it is possible to choose from day care, family day care, open early childhood education, and playschool activities.
