The administration of the disability services analyses the need for services and financial support measures included in the act and decree on disability services and their implementation on a customer-specific basis. The aim is to ensure that persons with disabilities can be self-reliant and have opportunities to participate. The customer's service package is based on an individual service plan. Services include transport services, personal assistance and housing arrangements.
