Main Castle courtyard
The courtyard of the Main Castle may be rented e.g. for event receptions or congratulatory toasts. The atmospheric courtyard is one of the most magnificent milieus of Turku Castle.
The Main Castle courtyard was the centre of action in the medieval Castle. The accessible entrance to the yard through the Western Tower has been completed and enables access to the celebration halls of the Castle.
Bailey courtyard
The cobbled Bailey courtyard offers a historical environment even for large events.

Lords’ Cellar is one of the most unusual and intimate rooms of the Main Castle. The Cellar has an arched ceiling that differs from other conventional arched structures of the time. The atmospheric arches were built in the 14th century. The Land Court established in Turku by Eric of Pomerania held its sessions in the Lords’ Cellar.
The Cellar may be rented for closed events when deemed appropriate.

Bryggman hall is a lecture hall for 120 people that is equipped with appropriate audiovisual technology. Meetings, seminars and client events as well as weddings and naming ceremonies can be organized at the Bryggman hall.
It is also possible to rearrange the hall for banquet use so that the tables can accommodate 80 guests. The hall is fully accessible.

The church of Turku Castle is one of the city’s most popular churches for weddings and christenings. Previously a banquet hall for the Duke’s court, the space was consecrated as a church in 1706. Also concerts and e.g. scouts’ oath taking ceremonies can be organized at the Castle Church. Renters can arrange religious services in the Castle Church with their own parish. There is an organ in the church.

The large windows of the versatile Southern Hall make it a bright and comfortable space for banquets.
Rent: 650 €, max 100 people. The maximum number of seats depends on the programme and the form of catering.

Queen’s Hall
The gorgeous Queen’s Hall is from the Renaissance period. It used to be the gathering place for Catherine Jagellon, the spouse of Duke John, and her court.
Rent: 800 €, max 180 people
King’s Hall
The largest hall of the Banquet Floor offers facilities for high level galas. The floor was built by the order of John, Duke of Finland, in the 1550’s. The spacious and bright official residence of Duke John functions also as an official reception hall of the City of Turku.
Rent: 1000 €, max 250 people
