Within the application period
You may book both regular and single practise times at the City's sports and exercise
facilities. Please check the bookings calendar (in Finnish) at each sports facility for
availability.
Times are booked by filling out an application form at the Sports Services Centre
Customer Service Point or electronically via the Internet.Bookings can't be made by
phone.

Sand fields are classified into two categories according to their size: Small sand fields (max. 40x60 m) and big sand fields. The big sand fields comprise of small fields for small-sided games (min.40x60) and big fields (min. 45x95). Turku has 21 small sand fields (max. 40x60), 32 sand fields for small-sided games (min. 40x60) and 8 big sand fields. During the winter some fields are frozen for ice skating. The fields are covered with either sand or stone dust.

In accordance with a decision made by the City Board on 15 December 2009 (Section 669), the City of Turku only accepts e-invoices. The City of Turku does not accept invoices by e-mail. If the supplier does not have the possibility to send an online invoice from the invoicing system, the supplier can use the free supplier portal (opens in a new tab, in Finnish).

In order to support services or activity, the City offers grants to organisations, work groups, and private individuals.
A grant may be applied for e.g. the realisation of cultural projects and sports facilities, or self-motivated activity by young people. The application should be made during a specifically set time period.

Public Notices
Giving public notices is the official procedure of informing residents of a municipality and especially people whose lives could be affected by the information.
Public notices of the City of Turku are published on the city’s official notice board where they remain on view for at least the 14 days, as stipulated by the law, or until the date of the meeting or completion of the matter in question.

Safety instructions for participants in Children´s wonderland
• Anyone can atted the event, number of participants is not limited. One can arrive to the event when ever.
• Every child should have a responsible adult with them. We recommend that one adult is needed for 1-3 children.

The hall can be used only in booked turns. Booked turns are only given for sports teams and clubs.

Eerikinkatu 7
The Kupittaa Sports Hall is a versatile place to do sports and exercise. Many kind of people, from small children to elderly men and from top athletes to occasional visitors, meet at the hall as they train.
The Kupittaa Sports Hall entry fee includes both the gym downstairs and the servicies of the upstairs facilities. If you exercise regularly, you should get an Exercise Wristband onto which you can load entries. Further information about entrance fees can be found from the price list below.
Sports hall Kekkuri and Männistö booking gym
Singular turns for sports hall and gym can be booked by filling the form in the Sports service center website. The turns are primary regular exercise turns and public turns.
Singular turns are admitted if there is space.
