Immigrant Office health services
Refugees and asylum seekers with residence permits are provided doctors’, nurses’ and psychologists’ services by the Immigrant Office for a period of three years. After this period, they will be directed to an ordinary health station by a nurse.
A public health nurse will invite the customer to their first visit and book them an appointment. For subsequent appointments, the customer may book appointments at the premises Mon-Fri 8.15-11.30 or by phone.
A nurse will evaluate the type and urgency of treatment the customer needs. The customer or their assistant should mention if they will require an interpreter.
