Children and Adolescents' Outpatient Clinic provides specialist level examinations and care for patients who are under 20 years old and reside in Turku.
When your child becomes ill, primarily contact your local health station or a private clinic where a doctor assesses the situation and, if needed, writes a referral to follow-up treatment, for example, to Children and Adolescents’ Outpatient Clinic.

The outpatient clinic does not use e-booking nor can appointments be cancelled online.
Fees
A fee will be charged for an outpatient clinic appointment for over 18-year-olds. Appointments for under 18-year-olds are free of charge. If the customer becomes ill or is otherwise unable to attend, the booked appointment must be cancelled as early as possible. A fine will be charged from over 15-year-olds for unused appointments that were not cancelled.
Appointments at a youth gynaecologist or at the adolescents’ outpatient clinic are free of charge. Also allergy tests, spirometries, and bronchodilatation tests are free of charge.
Desensitization is subject to a charge. Medical certificates are also subject to a charge.
