Youth Services offer conversation and things to do in the digital world. Any young person is welcome to contact them about anything they wish to talk about. Conversations are confidential. In addition to Finnish, it is possible to communicate in Swedish, English, Spanish or Arabic.

Turku Summer School offers students an excellent opportunity to combine studying with an active social programme and enjoying the best of the Nordic summer. We invite participants from all over the world and provide also an excellent head start for exchange students to their study-abroad period in Finland.
The joint customer service centre of the City of Turku and Kela, the Social Insurance Institution of Finland, Monitori Market Square will open its services at the street level of the Shopping Centre KOP-Kolmio in June 2020. The new customer service centre will centralize various services at one spot and will make them more easily accessible. The whole customer service centre of Kela in Eerikinkatu Street will be transferred to the Monitori Market Square.
Local bands from the Turku area have again a chance to showcase their talent and get feedback from the music industry professionals at the Turku Bandstand. In addition, 3-4 bands will be offered a chance to join the Turku Rock Academy. Signing up period for the event will run from 9th December 2019 until 12th January 2020. First fifteen bands to enroll will be admitted to the showcase.
