Terms of use of booking youth spaces and camping sites electronically

Contracting parties

Service provider: City of Turku, Youth Services

Customer: A private individual who registers with the Timmi booking service OR a registered association/company whose employee/member registers with the Timmi booking service by the decision of the association/company after the service provider has approved the registration of this contact person.

1. Contract’s entry into force

The customer shall accept the contractual terms of the Timmi booking service specified hereinafter, provide the information required for registration and permit the use of this information.

A private individual uses their banking codes to register with the system. They also use their banking codes to log in to the system.

An association’s contact person must first log in to the system as a private individual with their banking codes and request the access rights of a contact person. The service provider approves the registration of associations’ contact persons. After the registration, the association’s contact person can log in to the system with their personal banking codes.

The contract shall enter into force when a private individual has logged in to the system with their banking codes or when the service provider has approved the registration of an association’s contact person.

2. Customer’s rights, responsibilities and obligations

The customer has the right to use the Timmi booking service in accordance with the terms of this contract.

from the Citizen Service Centre Monitori during its opening hours before the date booked. The customer may not book a youth space or camping site for the same day, if the customer does not have the keys or the place is not open. The camping sites of Tippsund and Vienola use electronic locking. A key code to open the doors is created for each booking.

When booking the camping site of Ahtela, the customer must contact the camping site’s supervisor/employee to discuss the practicalities.

The customer is responsible for the tidiness and orderliness of the youth spaces and camping sites they use. They must also make sure that everyone follows the youth space/camping site rules.
