On Monday 9 May between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. The Main Library is open for returns of loan and collecting reserved materials, other services are closed. During the stike, between May 3 and 9, All the libraries are closed, and the library buses do not travel. Independent use is not possible in the branch libraries. E-resources are available normally.

May Day Eve the Main Library is open 11 am – 5 pm. Branch libraries close at 4 pm. Self Service time ends at 4 pm. First of May all libraries are closed. Self Service times are in use.
The library's public events will be held again without restrictions on public health. Other library services are also still in normal use. (Updated 3.3.)

Christmas, New Year and Epiphany cause changes to the opening hours of the main library and local libraries. The library wishes everyone a Merry Christmas!
There is no need for a COVID-19 passport when you visit the library normally!
You can print your COVID-19 passport free of charge from the 7th of December at Turku City Libraries. Libraries staff will assist you with loading and printing your passport.
