The students of the Turku University of Applied Sciences' (TUAS) Circular economy in practice course got this fall a task from the City of Turku. Task’s main goal was to ponder to either Science Park or Linnanniemi area different actions through which the area would become as example of the circular economy. Read about the results.
The Turku Education Committee will receive the needs assessment of the Turku International Primary School on 21 June. The possible completion of the project is scheduled for 2025, when the school would be able to move to new premises in Kupittaa, the Science Park area.
Tendering was launched for the future Science Park deck area on 22 December 2021 as the Kupittaa Partnership Project. The aim of the project is to create a series of urban spaces in the planning zone to form a strong and energetic core for the Turku Science Park.
