Field at the Turku Fair Center

The Turku Fair Center, located in the Artukainen district of Turku, is a flexible venue for trade fairs, meetings, conferences and public events. The Turku Fair Center also rents out the field in front of the building that is normally used as a car park.

The area has acted as a roadshow area, an area for test driving motorcycles and as a venue for cycling competitions. The field can also be used for events as a separate remote car park or a caravan area.

Transport links and parking: The venue is located in the Artukainen district of Turku, about 6 km from Turku city centre. The Turku Fair Center can be reached from the city centre via pedestrian and cycling paths or by car or local bus.

Practical considerations:

• The venue offers restaurant services as well as fair-related services such as various kinds of furniture.
• The gates can be locked, which means that the area is easy to guard if necessary.

Availability of water and electricity: Water and electricity are available for a separate fee. The field’s sewerage system is only meant for rainwater, and the waste water sewerage system must be connected to the building’s network, if one is used.
