Always call 112 in urgent emergency situations, such as in case of a sudden attack of illness, unconsciousness or if someone’s life is in danger. If you are unsure whether a situation is an emergency or not, it is always better to call and ask. The emergency services helpline will assess what kind of help is needed and will give you advice.
If there is no immediate life-threatening situation, patients requiring urgent treatment should first attend their local health station between 8.00 and 15.30. Call your local health station to make an appointment.
