Monitori is a centralised customer service point shared by the City of Turku, Varha and Kela, located right next to Kauppatori. You can get service face-to-face, by phone or via chat.

Monitori customer services

Monitori Market Square and Monitori customer services opening hours 22.12.2025 - 31.1.2026

Turku City's chat- ja telefonservices are open 22.12.2025 - 31.1.2026 Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. 

Please note that the customer service queue number machine closes 30 minutes before closing time.

The start of the year causes occasional congestion  at Föli customer service (Monitori at the Market Square, telephone service, and chat). Please be prepared for longer than usual waiting times.

  • Resident and company parking
  • Föli ticket sales and advice
  • Payment of city invoices. The invoices of the wellbeing services county of Southwest Finland cannot be paid at Monitori.
  • Services for city employees: Purchase of Tyky workplace health promotion wristbands and employee travel cards, as well as advice on topping them up
  • Sale of exercise wristbands (10 times and 4 months), Kimmoke and Senior wristbands and seasonal cards for exercise groups
  • Guidance for youth centre and camping area reservations
  • Guidance and advice for city services
  • Ticket sales for Saaronniemi winter swimming
  • Sale of Seutu+ travel cards
  • The hiring of boat berths
