Monitori is a centralised customer service point shared by the City of Turku, Varha and Kela, located right next to Kauppatori. You can get service face-to-face, by phone or via chat.

Monitori customer services

Monitori Market Square and Monitori customer services opening hours
  • Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm
  • Friday from 9 am to 4 pm.

Please note that the customer service queue number machine closes 30 minutes before closing time.

  • Resident and company parking
  • Föli ticket sales and advice
  • Payment of city invoices. The invoices of the wellbeing services county of Southwest Finland cannot be paid at Monitori.
  • Services for city employees: Purchase of Tyky workplace health promotion wristbands and employee travel cards, as well as advice on topping them up
  • Sale of exercise wristbands (10 times and 4 months), Kimmoke and Senior wristbands and seasonal cards for exercise groups
  • Guidance for youth centre and camping area reservations
  • Guidance and advice for city services
  • Ticket sales for Saaronniemi winter swimming
  • Sale of Seutu+ travel cards
  • The hiring of boat berths
