Monitori is a centralised customer service point shared by the City of Turku, Varha and Kela, located right next to Kauppatori. You can get service face-to-face, by phone or via chat.
Monitori customer services
- Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm
- Friday from 9 am to 4 pm.
Please note that the customer service queue number machine closes 30 minutes before closing time.

- Payment of city invoices. The invoices of the wellbeing services county of Southwest Finland cannot be paid at Monitori.
- Services for city employees: Purchase of Tyky workplace health promotion wristbands and employee travel cards, as well as advice on topping them up
