What is adapted physical activity?
Adapted physical activity groups offer the joys of success and exercise for children and young people who need special support in exercise. There are many ways of exercise and sports available. You can try gymnastics, dance, horseback riding, downhill skiing, bowling, ice hockey, circus exercises, swimming, and athletics.
We organise groups in cooperation with sports clubs. You can borrow equipment for exercising.
