Service description
The land registry contains statutory information on properties and other registered units in land and water areas. You need extracts from the register, for example, if you intend to apply for a building permit or are selling your property.
The extract from the land registry includes the following:
- name and property code
- location on map
- surface area
- formation data
- easements and other access rights
- zoning information
- shares in common areas
- other measures and decisions
