Outdoor skate parks
The City of Turku maintains six outdoor skate parks. The skate parks are open for free use between 7AM and 10PM.
Skateboard Hall Cube
At Skateboard Hall Cube, there are open skateboarding time slots, as well as time slots for beginners, advanced skateboarders, BMX-bikers, and scooter riders. The hall is meant for riders and skateboarders of all ages and levels. Skateboard Hall Cube has an entrance fee, but you can borrow skateboards and helmets to use for free.
Parkour parks
You can do parkour in two different parkour parks in Turku that are open for free use between 7AM and 10PM.
Parkour is a sport where you move running, jumping and climbing through and over different types of climbing frames and obstacles. Parkour develops your strength, balance and mobility. You can move with your own style and level regardless of age.
Who is the service intended for?
At Skateboard Hall Cube, there are open skateboarding time slots, as well as time slots for beginners, advanced skateboarders, BMX-bikers, and scooter riders.
Instructions for use
9 to 18-year-olds need a youth card to use Skateboard Hall Cube. The youth card is free. Youth card application forms are available at all youth centres.
Skate parks and parkour parks are open for free use between 7AM and 10PM.
