International House Turku offers a variety of guidance and counseling services for non-Finnish speaking residents of Turku.

You can receive guidance regardless of the reason for your arrival. Advisors can help you with, for example, finding employment or applying for education.

You can participate in the guidance:

  • At the Kauppatori Monitori
  • By phone
  • By email
  • Through other remote tools
  • At the Meyer Turku shipyard (only some service languages)
  • At various events

You can also receive guidance from a customer advisor who specializes in social issues. In such cases, the advisor can help with, for example:

  • Family reunification cases
  • Social benefits
  • Accepting a job
  • Starting studies

The services of International House Turku are intended for immigrants.

You can attend the first meeting with a queue number at the International House Turku office at the Kauppatori Monitor. After this, you can participate in more in-depth services, which are available by appointment. The advisor can book the next guidance session during the first meeting.
