The integration services team organises regular orientation sessions for new clients. During the session, we provide information about integration and employment services, the different stages of the integration process, and matters related to unemployment benefits. The session also includes answers to frequently asked questions and an opportunity to ask your own questions.
The orientation session is a good opportunity to learn about available services and to get an overall understanding of the integration process.
Orientation sessions are held in English, Ukrainian, Russian, and Arabic approximately once a month.
You can attend either in person or remotely via Microsoft Teams.
Participation is free of charge.
Who is the orientation session for?
The session is intended for clients who have lived in Finland for 0–3 years after receiving their first residence permit. It is also suitable for clients who are already in the integration process.
Not sure if you an integration services client?
If you're unsure whether you fall under integration services, you can check with your designated employment officer. You can also contact us by email, and we will check it for you.
Where and when?
The orientation sessions take place at Yliopistonkatu 27a, Turku. The exact time and room details will be provided after registration. The session lasts approximately two hours.
