The City Board's Construction and Facilities Division is responsible for the project planning, construction, maintenance, and upkeep of the City of Turku's infrastructure and facilities, unless the task has been assigned to another body or official.
In addition, the committee is responsible for the development of the city's infrastructure and facilities and for ensuring that infrastructure and facility management is in line with the city's strategy.
The committee also monitors and supervises the progress of the city's investment projects and the achievement of their objectives.
The division has 7 members. Each member has a personal deputy.
