   Think about the content and type of your event

   It is possible to organise book clubs, lectures, expert interviews, music workshops, exhibitions, and even film nights.

   Ask the library about availability

   Ask about available times and the suitability of your event from Event Informatician Suvi Kiukas. There is an annual open call for exhibition applications to the Main Library exhibition space.

   Organise an event at your local library

   You can also organise exhibitions and events at your local library. To do this, contact your local library directly.

   Support for event communication

   If the event is organised in cooperation with the library, assistance with event communication is also available.

   Private event

   If you wish to organise a private event for a specific audience, the library's facilities are available for rent through the Varaamo service.
