Our housing counsellors are social welfare or health care professionals. They provide guidance with issues such as unpaid rent, applying for new housing, and planning financial matters.
The service is free and available for all residents of Turku. Please don’t hesitate to contact us, no matter what your situation is. Our goal is to ensure that your housing is safe and continuous.
What does housing counselling offer?
- Advice on financial management and paying for unpaid rent.
- Guidance on how to apply for and maintain an apartment.
- Support for housing disruptions.
- Help to prevent evictions.
- Guidance for other services.
- Group activities, such as rent debt and housing search groups.
The service is provided by Ote-Säätiö foundation in co-operation with the City of Turku.
