Gym Circuit Training Class

Saturdays, at 8.45–9.45. Please note that during this time, the gym is primarily reserved for participants of the guided session. Each session requires separate registration.

Price: Entrance fee + course fee 3,20€ (or 10 sessions for 27€).

• Guided circuit training at the gym.
• We use gym machines and other strength training equipment.
• Suitable for those who have basic knowledge of gym training.
• 8 participants per session

Course 1 – Wednesdays 4 Mar–8 Apr 2026, at 13.15–14.30

The adapted ABC courses are aimed at individuals whose functional ability has been reduced due to an injury or illness, or who use, for example, an assistive device in daily movement.

The course consists of 6 sessions. A general assistant will be present during the sessions. Location: Impivaara Swimming Hall’s rental gym Männistö.

Course fee: 20€ + entrance fee, payable either per session or with a sports wristband. With a Kimmoke wristband, the course fee is 0€.
