Service description
The City of Turku offers guidance and support for the application of repair grants. The grant can be applied for if the apartment is in use continuously throughout the year and is located within the boarders of the City of Turku. Granting is carried out by the Centre for State-funded Residential Building (Varke, prev. Ara).
The grant has different categories:
- Special-needs groups' investment grant
- Elevator grant
- Other mobility impairment grant
- Seniors' and disabled people's apartments' repair grant
- Grant for housing advice services
Who is the service intended for?
Varke grants repair grants to individual people and to societies that own a residential building.
Instructions for use
The repair grants can be applied for continuously. Granting is carried out by the Centre for State-funded Residential Building (Varke.fi, previously Ara).
