Permit description
A paid parking permit for shared cars (z-permit) entitles to unlimited parking in separately designated z-permit spaces and in streetside spaces entitled to permit parking. The permit is intended for companies providing shared car services.
Who is the service intended for?
The permit is intended for companies providing shared car services.
- The applicant or their subcontractor must be the owner or holder of the vehicle.
- The applicant must be registered in the Business Information System, the Trade Register, and the prepayment, employer, and VAT registers, or in equivalent registers if required by legislation.
- The parking permit is valid indefinitely.
- The car-sharing vehicle must be registered as a passenger car or a van.
- A parking permit for a car-sharing vehicle is granted at the time of application for cars with CO2 emissions under 130 g/km (NEDC) or vans with CO2 emissions under 165 g/km (NEDC).
- Combustion engine vehicles must be less than 3 years old, and full electric vehicles must be less than 10 years old.
- The vehicle must be available for customers to reserve and use 24 hours a day, and the service must be offered openly to everyone.
- The vehicle must be capable of being used independently by the customer.
- Users of the service must be clearly instructed on how to use the parking permit. Users must not pay any other parking fees at locations where the permit grants free parking.
- Vehicles included in the service must be externally marked, e.g., with a sticker, so that they are identifiable as car-sharing vehicles.
- The number of granted permits may exceed the number of parking spaces reserved for car-sharing vehicles.

Parking is allowed on permit parking spaces shown on the guide map. The map also indicates parking spaces specifically reserved for car-sharing vehicles, which may be used with a Z permit.
What does it cost?
The parking permit for a shared car is per one vehicle. The permit is always charged for a whole month. The price of the permit is 354.24€ per year.
