Permit description
The holder of a paid business parking permit can park their vehicle in the parking area of the permit.
A business parking permit may be issued to a company, private trader or public body operating in the permit parking area. The permit allows parking in predetermined areas without a parking fee or time limit.
Who is the service intended for?
- The business, private trader or public body must be located in the permit parking area.
- You can only apply for a permit to park in the area where your business is located.
- A permit may be issued for a car or van, motorcycle, light quadricycle vehicle or microcar or specialised vehicle weighing up to 3,500 kg and used in connection with the business's activities.
- No more than three (3) valid permits may be issued to a business at any one time.
- Only one vehicle may be parked at a time with one parking permit.
Permit management, enforcement and parking spaces
- The permits work in the Aimo app, where the user can manage, among other things, the active registration number.
- The permits are checked based on the registration numbers.
- The holder is responsible for the accuracy of the registration numbers in the system.
- The registration number of the vehicle must be correct in the system for the permit to be valid. It is the responsibility of the license holder to ensure this.
- The business parking permit is only valid in the spaces specifically designated for business parking marked by plaques.
- The parking spaces allocated for business parking may also be located outside the actual permit area. Parking is always permitted according to the permit area symbol on the road sign.

A business parking permit is purchased from Monitori. The permits work in the Aimo app.
When applying for a permit, you must provide proof:
- The location of the business. For example, a landlord's certificate, a lease agreement or a certificate from the trade register. A simple business ID is not enough.
- Proof of employment, in the case of a company has more than one employee. The proof may be a certificate from the managing director or payroll officer, an employment contract, a access key, etc.
